How to create signature in outlook
Configuration Item (CI) –
Process to setup signature in MS Outlook.
MS Outlook used to Send/Receive emails with auto signature.
Create signature in MS Outlook, need to follow below Steps: -
Open new email in outlook, click on signature:
Note: Create signature profile first after click on signature button.
Post clicks on signature, then need to click on new tab and type a name of the signation & click ok. Add signature in Edit signature body & click on save, Ok.
The Outlook signature is now ready to use. Open a new email, click on signature button & signature profile will be there that recently created. Choose that profile signature will automatically set in your outlook body.
